Today, the Armenian Minister of the Defense, Seyran Ohanyan, signed a bilateral agreement of co-operation with France. A reception was given in its honor by the Foreign Minister, Herve Morin, great friendly of the Armenians and supporter of Armenian cause.


He was pleased for the agreements recorded with the Armenian minister and also evoked the genocide by quoting the words of Charles Aznavour's song " Ils sont tombés" (They Fell), as well the worrying situation of the Karabakh.


At the time of this reception, nearly 300 Armenian personalities of France had come to listen to Seyran Ohanyan
